Testing WebAuthn

  1. Insert the device in to the computer.
  2. Using a WebAuthn-capable browser like Google Chrome or Opera, browse to https://demo.yubico.com/webauthn-technical/registration.
  3. Enter anything you wish into the username and password fields and press Next.
  4. When the LED on your device beings flashing, tap the metal button or contact on your device.
  5. If your browser prompts you to Block or Allow in the top-left, select Allow. If your browser does not prompt, you can ignore this step.
  6. Check that the validation succeeds and that your device's model is correctly identified.
