Does my order include tracking?


 

Whether you receive tracking information about your shipment depends on the shipping destination and the type of shipment method chosen at checkout.

 

At the 'Step 1/2 - Shipping and Contact page' of your cart checkout, it will list the shipping options available to your provided address. Below shows an example of our current shipping methods for Sweden. The shipping options will pop up under the address input fields on the check out page, after you've provided your address.

It will always be clear at checkout if a shipping method includes tracking or not by it saying "No Tracking Available" as per the picture shown above. 

 

 

Please note that for all ‘Economy Shipping' orders that are shipped from Europe, tracking information is not available to customers or Yubico Customer Support. If you need tracking, please choose our 'Standard Shipping' or 'Express Shipping' method instead.

 

Some 'Standard Shipping' shipments outside of Europe will not include tracking, but that will be clear at checkout. 'Express Shipping' will always include tracking information. You will see if a shipping option does not include tracking when you select your shipping method at checkout. See picture above for reference. 

 

 

For the shipping options that offers tracking information, you will be e-mailed the tracking number to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been processed by the courier.
